Claremont Golf Club my home club. Situated on the Cadbury (Choc) Estate with holes abutting the Derwent River. Speccy views, awsome fairways and greens.
Royal Hobart (25 min drive from home). Premier golf club in Tassie - worth a visit.
Kingston Beach - rated 4th by me out of the 4 Hobart Metropolitan clubs.
Tasmania - Long, hard, speccy views again - well worth a visit - next to Barilla Bay Oyster Farm ( and awesome restaurant).
Our area
Safe, friendly, convenient to shopping, post office, bank, bottle shops, doctor, etc. 15 mins from Hobart CBS - 10 mins from North Hobart Restaurant, cinema area.
About ourselves
My hubby Gary and I have been playing golf forever. Love it - I'm out of the game for a few months yet after recent shoulder surgery, but looking forward to hitting the course in the not too distant future.
Hubby is a golf tragic. Loves everything about the game, watches every possible TV program on the game, watches all the US, European, Asian, Ladies - any golf, will watch it!!
I am 59 years old, turning 60 in August, Gary is 58, turning 59 in July. Both still working, he full-time, me part-time.
