| House Details: Our house is a big family home close to the City of Freiburg. The house is on two levels, the main level is open plan with a kitchen, dining room, sunny winter garden, fire place and TV room equipped with a new HD LCD TV. A brand new kitchen has been installed in February 2008. There is a separate study room with a PC and fast Internet. We have a beautiful big garden. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 1 big bathroom and 1 extra toilet. We are 2 min walk to public transport (bus and tram), a car (manual transmission) is also available for use. |

Our area
Freiburg im Breisgau is a city with 250,000 inhabitants in the Black Forest region. It is a beautiful city with a lot of flair and it is easy to get around by bus or bicycle. It is known as the warmest and sunniest place in Germany. Freiburg is only 30 minutes drive to France and Switzerland.
About ourselves
We (Lothar and Sigi) are a couple near retirement. We love playing golf anywhere in the world. We normally travel with another couple. We don't smoke. We have done a house exchange before and we really enjoyed it. It is a great idea to swap homes with people who love playing golf as much as you do. |
