| House Details: A comfortable home nestled in a quaint little village. With a little river in front and a garden with trees and colorful plants. The house is built on half an acre of land.A Friendly village neighbourhood. Small animals and birds comes to visit. The house is equipped with a 42" plasma cable tv, broadband wireless internet, dvd, stereo sound system, equipped kitchen, and the living room and guestroom has an aircond.
We have a small wading pool to cool of during a hot day or laze in the water. In total we have 4 rooms and an adjoining house built beside for guests. with 03 rooms and 02 bathrooms and toilets.
Destinationwe are open to a non simultaneous exchange, as we have a guesthouse side by side and also fully furnished. we can also exchange cars, also motorcycles and bicycles are available. guests may stay for a longer period at the guesthouse, and we are open throughout the year, with some notice beforehand. also as travel agents we can assist to plan your vacation throughout Malaysia and not necessary only in the island .
we are also planning for longer vacations in Europe for 3 to 6 months, and hope to exchange likewise with someone of the same wish

Our area
NeighborhoodFriendly village neighbourhood. A scenic village to walk around and see the malay culture, and the farmers tending to their orchards, and feeding the livestock. The wooden houses on stilts are a quaint interesting objects to look at.Small animals and birds comes to visit. the house is located 10 minutes from the airport, and about 15-20 minutes to the beaches. 45 minutes by ferry to Thailand. 45 minutes by ferry to the mainland, and 21/2 hours to Penang Island. We have a gazebo overlooking the river that runs beside the property. Mornings we have visits fro sea otters, monitor lizards, and also hornbills. evenings we see the fireflies, flyying foxes, owls other nocturnal animals.
About ourselves
Sammy and Liza, we are both travel agents in our 40's. We travel alot and have been to Germany, France, UKingdom, Austria, Switzerland, Thailand,Burma, Bangladesh,India,Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, singapore,indonesia,Philippines,cambodia and a few others.and we experienced home exchangers. we have 2 kids. Natasha at 16yrs and an avid golfer. Adam is 15 and also excels in sports and golf. Just back from Bali, hong kong and macau and feeling the urge to travel again.
