| House Details: We recently built the house as a holiday home for our family. It is comfortable, spacious, with outdoor garden, patio and braai (built in BBQ) and swimming pool.
The house is less than 200m from the first tee of Bushman Sands golf course and we are a few minutes walk from the 4* hotel of the same name which has a restaurant, bar, pool, gym, spa etc.
The house has 3 good sized bedrooms, all exceptionally furnished. Flat screen TV in open lounge, fully equipped kitchen, large double garage. |

Bushman Sands itself is a challenging Gary Player signature 'bushveld links' with many elevated greens and holes over the Bushmans river.
Fish River Sun is consistently rated one of SA's top 20 courses and one of the best coastal courses in the country. A beautiful course that should be played at least once.
Humewood in Port Elizabeth has a long history and is a challenging links (especially when the wind blows!) Ernie Els won the SA Open here a few years ago.
St Francis Links is a new Jack Nicklaus signature course. The man himself has said it is one of the finest pieces of land he has ever worked with.
Our area
Alicedale is a small, peaceful town located close to some of South africa's finest game reserves. The following can be reached within 35-40 minutes and are excellent locations for day or night game drives:

- Amakhala
- Kariega
- Addo Elephant Park (35 mins)
- Sibuya

My wife and I live in the UK but have travelled to South Africa on many occasions. I work as a risk consultant and my wife is an interior designer as well as a full time mum. |
