| House Details: Our home is on the Selborne Golf Estate and positioned near the 11th tee, with a view of both the 10th and 11th fairways. The villa is serviced two mornings a week but the closing service is not included. |

Our area
Selborne Golf Estate is near the village of Pennington on the South Coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal. Selborne have a private Beach Club on the Pennington beach which is about a 5 minute drive.
About ourselves
We currently live in the UK and normally use the villa ourselves from January to April. Our home is in the Selborne rental pool and is mainly rented out during the South African school holidays. |
