The house is brand new built in 2008 and in good condition. It is nicely furnished and directly beside the 14th fairway of the Campo America Golf Course.

Unser Ferienhaus wurde im Januar 2008 fertiggestellt und befindet sich somit in einem absolut neuwertigen Zustand.
Es liegt direkt oberhalb des 14 Fairway des Golfplatzes Campo Amerika. Es handelt sich um ein Reiheneckhaus mit Garten in einer sogenannten Gated-Community, also eine ausschließlich für die Eigentümer und deren Gäste angelegten, hochwertigen Wohnanlage.
Es verfügt über 3 Schlafräume und 2,5 hochwertige Mormorbäder sowie einen großzügigen Wohn/Eßbereich mit offenem Kamin, diversen Balkonen und Terasse. Das Masterbad verfügt über eine Whirlwanne mit Panoramablick auf Golfplatz und Meer.
Weiterhin ist eine hochwertige und voll ausgestattete Einbauküche vorhanden. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert und alarmgesichert. Die Wohnfläche beträgt ca. 150 m zzgl. Balkonen, Terrasse und Tiefgarage.
Ihr Fahrzeug parken Sie in unserer abgetrennten Garageneinheit mit direktem Zugang zum Haus.
Die Anlage verfügt über 3 Poolanlagen, die größte und schönste davon befindet sich nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Meistens können Sie den Pool allein für sich nutzen. Sonnenschirme und Liegen sind natürlich vorhanden. |

We are a Family of 5. Our Kids are 9,7 and 3 years old and they all play Golf. We run a company in the Consulting Business. We love traveling around the world. This summer 2009 will will go for our first home-exchange to Florida. |
