| House Details: Brand new semi-detached house on two floors, set in a beautifully conserved and landscaped complex on the sea-front alboran golf course and close to cabo de gata natural park.
It's got hot/cold air-cond. The bottom fllor has newly fitted kitchen with all mod. Cons. (dish washer, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, iron ...), and utility room. There is a lounge/living room with tv, dvd, home cinema and astra satellite; table for six (maybe eight), toiilet and sitting room with sofa that converts in double bed. In the upper floor it's goot three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite to the master bedroom). Other features includes 2 garages and a large terracotta patio area with and furniture for alfresco dining 6 chairs+ 2 sunloungers. |

About ourselves
We're Fidel and Susana, public employees in our fourtys. Our daughters are Ana(8) & Eva (6) and Susana(5). We have done several exchanges. Children are well behaved and respectful. We keep our home clean and tidy and we would keep yours immaculate too. |
