| House Details: Our house is a luxury villa with terrace and shared pool in the gated Roda Golf and Beach Resort. The villa is south-facing and the terrace overlooks a communal pool which is shared by a small number of neighbouring properties.
The living room is stylishly decorated with a brown leather sofa bed and chair, corner table, extending dining table and 4 cream leather chairs. There is a flat screen TV with English as well as Spanish channels and a DVD player with many DVDs
The double bedroom has patio doors opening on to a sunny balcony which overlooks the 10th fairway of Roda's championship golf course. The twin bedroom has patio doors which open to a small shaded balcony.
There are 4 sun loungers and 4 half sets of golf clubs in the villa as well as tennis and paddle rackets.
The property is maintained by Roda FM who are on site at all times to help you with anything you may need. |

Our area
This is a gated golf resort with 24 hour security. It is close to Roda village and Los Alcazares which have bar and restaurant facilities. The house is 20 minutes walk to the beautful Mar Menor and its miles of sandy beaches and 30 minutes drive to the historic city of Murcia. Cartagena and La Manga are 25 minutes by car.
The villa is second line to one of Murcia's best new 18 hole golf courses and which is accredited by the PGA. The course was designed by the legendary Dave Thomas. Roda Golf Club Captain is Sam Torrance, a European Tour record holder, who has described the course as 'perhaps the best in Spain'. There is also a full-time PGA academy on site with its own resident teaching professionals and high tech equipment like Trackman, GASP etc. The club house facilities are truly stunning and a match for anything available in Spain. These include Los Collados de Roda restaurant which offers fantastic quality at extremely reasonable prices and a lively bar.
