Golf Home Exchange offers golfers the opportunity to exchange their homes with other golfers. By exchanging homes you have no accommodation costs.

2) How does it work?
Register your home on Golf Home Exchange. Have a look at homes and places you are interested in. Contact the owner and organise a time to swap homes. Enjoy your Golf holiday.

3) Costs for registration:
For properties registered before 1st October 2010, no fee will be charged for the first 12 months!

Properties registered after this date will be charged a fee of:
1 year: 40.00 €
2 years: 70.00 €

4) Are there any further charges beside the registration fee?
No, there are no further registration charges. The annual membership is based on a fixed fee and there is no limitation in the usage of the services Golf Home Exchange offers.

5) Can I charge rent for others to stay in my house?
No, Golf Home Exchange is about swapping and exchanging homes. It is not allowed to offer any accommodation for rent.
Golf Home Exchange is a non-commercial way of using each others accommodations. You stay at your exchange partners home and they stay at your home.

6) I live in a small apartment. Is it worth while for me to register?
Apartments are very often sought after. It doesn't have to be a Luxury Villa. There are many people who are quite happy to exchange their bigger home for a smaller apartment.

7) I pay rent for my property. Can I register my property?
Yes, of course. We suggest that you let your landlord know that you wish to exchange for a period of time and that other people will be staying at your property.
